This dark blue vertical bar has 2 > symbols in it. and has a dark blue vertical bar in this light blue bar about 1 inch from the left side of the top of screen. That is not all - this menu line sometimes turns into a light blue horizontal line under file - edit view - etc. The 2nd menu line starts with home - my company - income traqcker - bill tracker etc in a left - right menue line that is dark blue. Here is what happened - after the install I get a 2nd row of icons below file - view- list etc, 2018 worked well and stable until after the update r12p ( r12_23 ) was completed.
